Ikat Collection for KnollTextiles is Best of Year Finalist for Contract Textiles

Interior Design magazine has awarded the 2013 Best of Year Award for Technology to Power Cube, a coffee table-height rechargeable hub that features access to power outlets, an all-around writeable surface and optional USB ports.

Power Cube, by Antenna Design, is designed for Activity Spaces and other collaborative areas throughout the office. A combination of power outlets and optional USB ports, paired with a five-sided dry-erase surface make Power Cube a vital hub for collaboration; coworkers can plug in their devices while take notes on the coffee-table height surface.

The Power Cube’s simple design fits in with any office aesthetic. It can be paired with side chairs throughout the office or with lounge furniture in waiting areas, providing power access when and where it's needed.

The Ikat Collection for KnollTextiles is also honored by Interior Design magazine. Ikat is a Best of Year Contract Textiles finalist for the Contract Textiles, selected from over fifty other entrants.

Designed by Dorothy Cosonas, The Collection takes the classic Ikat pattern concept and modernizes it with a larger scale and the addition of various weave structures.

Now in its 8th year, the Interior Design Best of Year Award awards is the annual, preeminent design competition recognizing superior interior design projects and products.
