KnollTextiles Launches The Et cetera Collection

KnollTextiles is excited to launch the highly versatile Et cetera collection designed to work beautifully across market segments. The collection consists of four upholstery patterns, one drapery and one wallcovering. This diverse offering is available in a broad range of prices. Two of the upholstery fabrics are in the KT Line, providing affordable modern design. Et cetera exemplifies the clear modern color choices for which KnollTextiles is known.

Tabloid, an upholstery in the newest KT Line, is a modern stylized camouflage that reads as an all-over pattern. It is available in nine color options and 57" width. Tabloid is composed of 67% polyestery and 33% post-consumer polyester.

Delite is the latest foundation fabric in the KT Line. The upholstery has a luxe hand at an affordable price. It is available in 54" width and 14 color options. It is composed of 100% polyester.

Magnolia is a large scale modern organic floral upholstery. Novelty yarn adds texture to the pattern. Magnolia is available in a sophisticated, contemporary color palette that is on trend without being trendy. Bleach-cleanable properties make Magnolia a high performance fabric appropriate for a variety of market segments. It is available in 54" width and eight color options. It is composed of 58% bleach-cleanable polyester, 22% solution-dyed nylon, 20% bleach-cleanable post-consumer recycled polyester.

Highland is a classic KnollTextiles wool upholstery. Highland has a rich hand with bold colors and rich, sophisticated neutrals. Highland is available in 14 color options, both solid and heathered, at 54" width and is made in the USA. It is composed of 100% wool.

Irving is a drapery of 100% Trevira CS with chenille specialty yarn for added texture and a soft hand. Muted tones evoke a feeling of bespoke menswear. It is available in 55" width.

Accent is the latest addition to KnollTextile's Screenplay series of high performance woven wallcoverings, which can also be used for wrapped panel and indoor-outdoor upholstery use. This easy-to-use pthathlate-free woven is offered in a bright, clean palette of 10 color options. It is available in 54" width and is composed of 100% pthalate-free vinyl-coated polyester.

KnollTextiles is currently under the creative direction of Dorothy Cosonas, who combines clean, clear color with modern, elegant patterns and textures. Influenced by a passion for fine art and international fashion, Cosonas is the recipient of numerous awards, including Gold at Best of NeoCon. Her work was a major part of KnollTextiles 2011 retrospective exhibition at the Bard Graduate Center and has been accepted into the permanent collection of Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum.
