KnollTextiles Introduces the Spirit Collection

NEW YORK, New York, April 24, 2014 – For Spring 2014, KnollTextiles presents The Spirit Collection of upholstery, wall covering, privacy/drapery curtains and panel fabrics aimed to offer affordable Modern design options for all areas of the commercial to residential market, office to healthcare. While all are under $42 a yard, several are a part of KnollTextiles growing KT Collection that is priced under $32.

Upholstery
Tower Grid is a multi-color cut velvet combining geometric elements to create a modern stripe. This high performance fabric has a soft, luxurious hand that is excellent for corporate, hospitality or residential interiors. It is composed of 65% polyester, 20% viscose, 15% linen and exceeds 75,000Wyzenbeek rubs. Seven colorways are offered.

Tight Rope is a printed polyurethane upholstery fabric with an architectural pattern that appears hand drawn. The addition of tiny dots adds dimension and interest. This stain-resistant, anti-microbial and bleach solution cleanable fabric uses Cleangene technology that can also be cleaned with undiluted alcohol. An excellent choice for hospitality or healthcare, it has a 63% polyurethane face and 37% polyester backing and exceeds 100,000 double rubs. Nine colors are offered.

Boundary has a sophisticated weave recalling classic menswear with a dry hand and calm understated palette. Made of 100% solution dyed polyester, it is bleach cleanable and exceeds 80,000 double rubs. Offered in ten colorways, it can also be used for wrapped wall panels.

Keaton, with a soft sophisticated hand, features a Chanel-like texture in eight colorways. With a Teflon soil and stain repellent finish, it is composed of 51% polyester and 49% acrylic and passes 75,000 double rubs. Eight colors offered.

Prim, a small-scale pattern, combines various weave structures to create a dimensional all over look. Bleach cleanable, Prim is made of 50% recycled solution dyed nylon and 50% solution dyed nylon. It exceeds 90,000 double rubs and comes in eight colors.

Part of the KT Collection of Affordable Modern Design, Prairie is a vinyl with a classic leather-like texture that comes in a ranges of 18 colors. Exceeds 500,000 double rubs.

Privacy Curtains
Panorama features a mid-scale leaf and vine design woven into a textured background. Made of 100% FR polyester, it is 72 in. wide and comes in five colorways for use in healthcare or hospitality.

Portrait is a large scale stripe that is at home in either hospital or hotel. It can also be used as drapery or, with liner, a shower curtain. Made of 100% FR polyester, it is 72” wide and comes in six colors.

Vertical
is a sophisticated panel fabric that features a subtle weave structure and can also be used for drapery. Grade 10.

Edgewood is a textural wallcovering that combines a subtle shimmer using novelty yarns with a natural fiber or grasscloth appearance. The all over pattern seams beautifully and is finished with Crypton Wall for added durability.
