When Tate & Lyle, a a global provider of distinctive, high quality ingredients to the food, beverage and other industries, relocated to a new space in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, the Company worked with Chicago design firm Cannon Design, owner's representative PeopleSpace Ltd., construction project management firm Jones Lang LaSalle and Knoll dealer Corporate Concepts, Inc. to create a customer-centric office that also attracts talent, inspires employees, and promotes innovation.

The new LEED® Gold certified space features Dividends Horizon® workstations, which offer strong horizontal lines and a luminous visual presence. Low frameless powdered glass add-ups support a collaborative approach to the office and maintain equal access to natural light while also delineating space. Dividends Horizon® Side Tables and Moment® Guest Chairs throughout the open plan office are designed to ease the transitions from focused to shared work modes. Generation by Knoll® chairs and Sapper™ Monitor Arms respond to individual user preferences and offer unparalleled user customization.
