Yorba Linda Water District is a public agency that provides reliable, high quality water and sewer services to residents of Yorba Linda and portions of Placentia, Brea, Anaheim and unincorporated Orange County in Southern California. When YLWD moved to its new location, it wanted to create functional, sustainable and timeless work spaces.
With these goals in mind, Gillis + Panichapan Architects, Inc. worked with Knoll selecting Reff Profiles® and Morrison for private offices and the open plan and KnollStudio® furniture for use throughout the facility. The result: sustainable furnishings that punctuate the workspace with modern grace and style.
Reuter overhead and Calibre® storage organize space in a Morrison private office. Life® chairs, rated Sustainable Gold under the SMaRT© Consensus Sustainable Product Standard, are used throughout the facility. Morrison office systems with 120 degree panels let engineers view YLWD monitor systems. A colorful array of Gigi® chairs used in combination with Propeller® tables create a dynamic dining environment in the YLWD lunchroom. Morrison engineering workstations with custom designed Reff® storage full plan files. Designed with high panels, Morrison systems preserve privacy.
