The New York Times Highlights the 1966 Collection Adjustable Chaise

New York Landscape Architect Alec Gunn Praises the Adjustable Chaise Lounge from the 1966 Collection, Designed by Richard Schultz for Knoll

July 19, 2012

The Adjustable Chaise Lounge from the 1966 Collection, designed by Richard Schultz for Knoll, is praised by New York Landscape Architect Alec Gunn in a July 19, 2012 article in The New York Times.

The "classic piece," which features a "mesh fabric for the seat, rather than cushy upholstery or wood" allows "water and air [to] flow right through," notes Gunn. He also calls attention to the chair's wheels, which add "visual presence" while making the chair highly mobile.

Knoll reintroduced the 1966 Collection to KnollStudio earlier this year after Knoll acquired Richard Schultz Design in March.
