Tactics

  • Reupholstered and re-used vintage Cesca chairs, bridging the gap between the past and present
  • Pulled all enclosed spaces - conference rooms and private offices - to the core of the floor plan as well as reducing overall number of private offices
  • Installed numerous Interpole systems to delineate space, encourage collaboration and provide power to more corners of the office

Outcomes

  • A modernized interior that matches the design principles used by the buildings original architect Arthur Erickson
  • Increased overall wellbeing where employees have the proper tools to comfortably work for extended periods of time
  • An office that adapts to the power management and technology needs of today's workplace
