- Preserve the architectural integrity and heritage of Bank of Canada's historic buildings
 - Improve workplace efficiency and wellbeing
 - Modernize the entire space to easily accommodate new and evolving technologies
 
Tactics
- Reupholstered and re-used vintage Cesca chairs, bridging the gap between the past and present
 - Pulled all enclosed spaces - conference rooms and private offices - to the core of the floor plan as well as reducing overall number of private offices
 - Installed numerous Interpole systems to delineate space, encourage collaboration and provide power to more corners of the office
 
Outcomes
- A modernized interior that matches the design principles used by the buildings original architect Arthur Erickson
 - Increased overall wellbeing where employees have the proper tools to comfortably work for extended periods of time
 - An office that adapts to the power management and technology needs of today's workplace
