Calamos Investments, a first-class financial services company, established its new headquarters in Naperville, IL, where it worked with architecture and design firm Lohan Anderson to create a fresh, invigorating corporate culture. Calamos and Lohan Anderson selected Knoll to create a high-performance, flexible workplace environment capable of managing state-of-the-art technology.
Knoll workplace planning model AutoStrada® and wood furniture platform Reff™, met all of Calamos's requirements, creating elegant workstations and sleek a trading desk. The workstation incorporates AutoStrada storage anchored cabinets, worksurfaces, and wood pedestals and lateral files, combined with Reuter flat-front overheads, for a refined workspace that radiates warmth of spirit through the exquisite grain and texture of Light Cherry veneer. AutoStrada panels were used on the aisles and Reff panels in the workstations with a custom wood veneer top cap. The trading desk features an AutoStrada open plan model organized along a spine again in Light Cherry veneer. Life® chairs were incorporated throughout.
