Hallsdale-Powell Utility District

When Hallsdale-Powell Utility District, the third largest utility district in Tennessee, moved to its new space in Knoxville, the Company worked with design firm McCarty Holsaple McCarty and Knoll to create dynamic meeting areas. A contract through U.S. Communities allowed the Company to design a functional and environmentally conscious office.

The Company's Reff Profiles® private offices deliver an efficient architectural presence while offering planning flexibility and a range of storage and work surface options. Private offices also feature the elegant, easy-to-use Sapper™ Monitor Arm, which helps maximize space. The space also features Ricchio side chairs. Generation by Knoll® work chairs, which employ the inherent flexibility and durability of a high performance elastomer to respond to users' movements.

Propeller® Training tables are paired with EWC Tech™ Task Chairs in the Company's Assembly space and training rooms, providing versatility and flexibility. Team meetings rooms are outfitted with RPM® chairs, which are engineered for durability and designed for ultimate comfort.
