Reff Profiles gives designers the ability to thoughtfully design private offices—including individual, shared, and multi-use spaces—that support the needs of an individual as well as his or her team.

This modular system adapts to evolving workplace needs with its reconfigurability, planning flexibility, and price scalability, while also delivering the refined look and feel of executive desks, credenzas, and cabinets.

A broad range of storage solutions and an extensive palette of veneer, laminate, and finish options allow for a high level of personalization while still creating a cohesive workplace aesthetic.

Brian Graham

Brian Graham received a BFA in Interior Architectural Design from California State University, Long Beach, where he also served as an Adjunct Professor. He has long advocated the idea that good, thoughtful design can make a positive contribution to the quality of the built environment.

Graham Design, founded in San Francisco in 1999, provides a comprehensive approach to the design, development and marketing of furniture, accessories, lighting and related products. Resolute in a belief that design can be an effective strategic business tool. Graham draws on his background in interior design to create innovative, architectural furniture and product solutions that have been recognized for design excellence and quality.

Graham is perhaps best known for his wood casegood designs. It was this reputation that led Knoll to work with Graham to update and expand the Reff product line.

Construction and Details

Modular components support planning flexibility, reconfiguration, and long-term adaptability.
Components include wall-hung, vertical, and lower storage; wall panels; worksurfaces; supports; and coordinating accessories.
Available in Knoll core veneer and laminate finishes, with a range of mixed-material applications.
All core materials are FSC-certified. FSC-certified veneer options and a variety of porosity and sheen combinations are offered as standard, with no upcharge.
Components are fully finished on all sides unless otherwise specified.
Wall panels are available in fabric, back-painted glass, veneer, and laminate.
Worksurfaces are available in 1", 1-1/4", and 1-1/2" thicknesses, with support options in veneer, laminate, and anodized, polished, or painted metal.
Overheads are available in single and double heights, while coordinating stackable L-shelves support a variety of wall-hung storage configurations.
Static and height-adjustable desking options support a range of workstyles and user preferences.
Lower storage is available in credenza, desk, and service heights.
Cabinets and bookcases are available in 53", 72", and 86" heights.
Integrated power solutions include surface-mounted, undermounted, and clamp-on modules in corded, hardwired, and linkable configurations for convenient access to power and data.
Coordinating LED task lighting is available.
Integrated wire management and strategically placed grommets help maintain a clean, seamless user experience.
