Brad Lynch, one of the principals of 25-year-old practice Brininstool + Lynch, on his firm's relationship with Knoll:
We have consistently used Knoll’s iconic furniture in our spaces, both public and private, intimate and monumental. The furniture creates an air of familiarity and composure while balancing our own design. Whether by Bertoia, Mies, Saarinen, Schultz, or by Florence Knoll herself, we find ourselves frequently looking to Knoll furniture to lend a recognizable sense of place to our architecture.
