Knoll Toronto Showroom

Underscoring our commitment to sustainability, Knoll Toronto is the first Knoll showroom to achieve LEED®-CI Platinum certification and the first project in Toronto to receive a LEED®-CI Platinum rating.

In January 2009, Knoll Toronto relocated to the newly renovated 11,000 square foot space at 109 Atlantic Avenue as part of a greater effort to re-integrate King Liberty Village into the fabric of the City of Toronto. The expanded footprint of the Toronto showroom provides additional resources to the local design community, including enhanced product displays for office furnishings, textiles, leather and accessories.

To achieve LEED-CI Platinum, Knoll Toronto incorporates a number of environmental design elements, including: maximized use of natural light and, where necessary, fluorescent fixtures with optimized energy performance; carpeted floors with a backing that contains 76% post-consumer materials; Eco-Spec® paint low in VOCs; Energy Star rated appliances; Forest Stewardship Council-Certified wood on Knoll workstations; GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified® Knoll products; recycled building materials; locally extracted and manufactured wood materials; and recycling supported by the building.
