med fusion

When med fusion, a leader in the application of innovative technology, diagnostics and advances in precision medicine, moved to its new facility in Lewisville, Texas, the Company turned to Knoll and Bauhaus Interiors Group to help create a space that would facilitate improved patient care and better execution of clinical trials through lean, efficient, workstations in both the laboratory and open plan office.

For the Company's labs, med fusion selected Propeller® adjustable height tables which feature stain, UV and chemical resistant work surfaces and molded urethane edges to create a seamless, antimicrobial table top. Custom table bases allow work surfaces to support 500 pounds of unequally distributed weight, offering maximum flexibility in the laboratory workflow with minimal downtime. Chadwick® High Task chairs in the lab, and Chadwick® task chairs in the Company's workstations anticipate and respond to users' movements.

Dividends Horizon® workstations with fabric delineate space between individual workstations while glass and white laminate screens define focused-work areas. The Platner Lounge collection provides spaces for collaboration.
