Usman Waheed, Chief Information & Technology Officer, Knoll Among Winners of Inaugural National CIO of the Year ORBIE Awards Announced

InspireCIO Leadership Network has announced the winners of its inaugural July 2021 National CIO of the Year® ORBIE® Awards, including Usman Waheed, Chief Information & Technology Officer, Knoll who received the Large Corporate ORBIE for organizations over $1 billion annual revenue.

The Knoll award is a reflection of the Knoll IT team’s initiative and innovation to launch a range of customer-focused initiatives, working across Knoll and leveraging the strategic framework developed by the team.

InspireCIO recognized chief information officers in eight key categories – Super Global, Global, Large Enterprise, Enterprise, Large Corporate, Corporate, Healthcare, and Nonprofit/Public Sector.

For over 20 years, the CIO of the Year® ORBIE® Awards have recognized technology executives for outstanding leadership and the business value created by technology innovation. For the first time ever, ORBIE winners from the InspireCIO Leadership Network chapters across the US competed in the National CIO of the Year ORBIE Awards.
