If your Submission is selected by Knoll to be used, it may be displayed for other users to see, together with your name and associated Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or Vine (if applicable) profile information (such as your handle and profile picture). In doing so you automatically grant Knoll and its subsidiaries and affiliates, the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute, sub-license and otherwise exploit such User Content (in whole or in part) worldwide in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such User Content. 15. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

This site is controlled and operated by us from our offices within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America. Although it may be technically accessed from all 50 states as well as from other countries around the world, you agree that your use of the Knoll Web Site shall be construed to be made from within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and you agree that these Terms of Use and your use of the Knoll Web Site shall be governed in all respects by the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law’s provisions.
