Knoll designer and architect David Adjaye presented furniture and architecture designs to the California design community in December. The Knoll San Francisco showroom hosted a breakfast with the San Francisco design community, at which David Adjaye presented his furniture designs for Knoll.

The Washington Collection for Knoll™, which includes the Washington Skin™ chair, a nylon side chair for indoor use, the Washington Skeleton™ chair, an aluminum side chair available in outdoor-appropriate finishes, and The Washington Corona™ table, a monumental coffee table constructed from four cast bronze panels.

David Adjaye also presented his architectural designs at Stanford University. At the event, part of the Stanford Humanities Center Presidential Lecture Series, Adjaye discussed the inspiration behind his architectural works, including the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture, now under construction in Washington, D.C.
